What are your thoughts on veganism? I’m definitely trying to cut back on meat and enjoy exploring different options! I don’t personally feel the need to cut it out entirely, but I respect people who do. Would you date a vegan? Have you ever had an yummy dessert or meal you’d never guess was vegan? Or are you a GIMMIE STEAK OR GIMMIE DEATH kind of soul?
Before moving to NYC I was the give me meat kinda person. Living here has opened my mind to so many new things. Gotta go try these yummy desserts!
I’ve been a vegetarian for decades, but full on vegan I am not! However, absolutely love the Chloe salads, and definitely want to try their baked goods!
And good for you for cutting back on meat! Another huge perk is that eating vegetarian at home is a lot less expensive than buying meat on the regular–something all us New Yorkers can get excited about!;-)

We’re not vegans and have nothing against anyone who is, we’ve tried vegan foods and we can’t really complain. I do love that more places are now equipt to provide more options for vegans and free-froms and we’re all for it, especially when they look that good!

Okay. As soon as the By Chloe restaurants happened, as a vegan eater, I wasn’t too jealous because I know she uses a lot of ‘substitute’ products and I prefer to stick to whole foods.
