There are more cute girls on the streets of NYC than anyone could possibly count. There’s one in particular who I’ve just been seeing all. over. town. Her name is Phoebe.

Meet street art’s ultimate “it” girl: Phoebe New York

With ever changing outfits, sassy captions, and often piercing collaged eyes, you’ve probably walked by Phoebe on a NYC telephone pole, mail box, or brick wall.

Keep your eyes pealed, Phoebe New York could be around any corner. (Or in New York Magazine!) More often than not, she’s pint sized. But I found her large and in charge in the East Village too!
